Refund Request Process

TribuShare (SYLOE GROUP, SAS) is the seller of record for this transaction and the single contact point for buyers: it collects the payment, issues the receipt, and decides and processes refunds in its own name. Admin remains the owner of the content and bears the cost of refunds under their agreement with TribuShare, which does not affect your rights against TribuShare.

2. TribuShare is the primary point of contact for all refund enquiries
3. TribuShare reviews the request and decides it in accordance with applicable law and this policy
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
5. Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Payment Processing

Payments are collected by TribuShare (SYLOE GROUP, SAS) via Stripe. Earnings are recorded per sale, mature at the later of 30 days after the sale and Stripe funds availability, and are then transferred monthly to the Creator's connected Stripe account, after deduction of TribuShare's platform commission, once the balance reaches the equivalent of $1.

EU/EEA/UK — Withdrawal Right Details

Before streaming:

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK and have not commenced streaming, you may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal by contacting support@tribushare.com with your order reference and the statement: "I withdraw from my purchase of access to the content."

Where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

After streaming begins:

By clicking "Play", you acknowledge that the digital service has been delivered and you waive your right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. No refund is available once streaming has commenced.
